It is determinedly deliberation that the advantage of educators in educational institutions concludes the final superiority of edification in preparing, imperative it is demand of the days that we have to cope our standard of education with the international educational institution because of Globalization and liberalization. It is an education with the International Educational Institution because of globalization and Liberalization. It is an arduous tash and cannot be completed without high quality teachers, educators. The proficient expansion of teacher educator is therefore, the need of the hour. It is satisfying to note that the M.T.T.C. college has under taken to develop multifarious skills among the trainee teachers as well as the teacher educators. The college has taken notable strides in the direction of empowering.
