SELECTION PROCEDURE


The merit list of successful candidates will be drawn up on the basic of the marks obtained in the entrance test and personal interview.

The candidates whose name appears on the merit list must report within the proscribed dates. The successful candidates from out of the state will be informed by posy immediately. They will have to report within the prescribed dates to deposit their fees for securing admission. Failure to report in time may lead to cancellation of selection.

The acknowledgement slip and given date and time after verifying that the candidates name appears on the merit and waiting list subject to availability of seat after his/ her certificate etc. are checked to be in order the principal who would then give the candidate an authority to deposit fees.

The candidates must deposit the fees at the same day. In case of any complaint/ difficulty about the payment of fees. Principal may be contacted without fail. Admission cannot be a guaranteed if fees are not paid on the day on which they authorized to deposit the fees have been issued.

The merit/ waiting list shall be displayed on the Notice Board of the college and successful candidate will be informed by post on the address mentioned in their application form. Although the college will try best to send information regarding selection. The candidate are advised to see notice board of the college on the date fixed putting up their merit list. There will be no responsibility of the college regarding nun-respect of admission cars by post.
