SCHEME OF EXAMINATION


* In 4 credit course 80 marks has been fixed for theory and 20 for Internal Assessment.


* Internal assessment consist of two tests each of 5 marks, written assignment of 10 marks as well as Attendance of 5 marks, There is five marks for full attendance above 90% , 4 marks for up       to 90%,3 marks for up to 85%,2 marks for up to 80%.Falling attendance below 80% is considered as non-eligible for appearing in university Examination.


*For 2 credit course 40 marks has been fixed for theory and 10 for Internal Assessment.


* Internal assessment consist of two tests each of 2.5 marks, written assignment of 5 marks as well as Attendance of 2.5 marks, There is 2.5 marks for full attendance above 90%, 2 marks for up to 90%, 1.5 marks for up to       85%,1 mark for up to 80%.Falling attendance below 80% is considered as non-eligible for appearing in university Examination.


*School Internship for 1st Year:


* Having gained some experience with the child, the community and schools during the course works in institutes, the Student-teachers need to be sent to schools for firsthand experience. During     the 1st year, to support better understanding o schools and in preparation of Internship, teacher education institutes shall make provision for visits to innovative center’s o pedagogy and      learning- innovative schools, educational resource center’s, etc. and to a designed school for at least four weeks.
